Perhaps a small segue into Heideger; this is the inner journey; this is joseph campbell's hero's journey. if this is not present in the individual in the community, all of the interactions / interventions in the world won't change anything... all of the efforts will fall on deaf ears. Sirolli talks about this- his two rules on not starting anything, and not pushing anyone (find the exact two rules)
V. Practices: commitments (flores), dialogue (Issacs), Lencioni (trust).... ontology of trust... trust creation for opportunities... importance of trust awareness across cultural (business and country) boundaries; inspiration from Aikido; taking care of self while taking care of others; dealing with the chaos of the market, and still remaining human.

- social network versus trust relationship
- the number of people in a social network creates a proportional amount of opportunity (the power of loose ties)
- the power of a trust relationship is how fast execution can happen for a given project opportunity
- therefore, not only focus on social network, but in the creation of strong trust relationships in order to execute on an opportunity quickly
- social network versus trust relationship
