- speaks English, is available during most of CST timezone times
- has access to skype, and is available through skype
- will take payment through paypal
- can demonstrate strong trust- through verifiable clients and location

- preferably works with Macs, but whatever is possible (because I use a Mac)
- can edit and install modules on Joomla and WordPress, set up feeds for FeedBurner, email list for sending out messaages

- Can help me pull together PowerPoint presentations
- Sources graphics, makes presentations look nice

- can receive mp3 or wav files, and turn them into text
